VOLUNTEER NEEDS:

Construction
:
Kittitas County Habitat for Humanity needs construction volunteers Saturdays from 8:00 am-4:30 pm. You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer for general construction at our work-site. Both skilled and unskilled volunteers are welcome! We promise that you'll have a lot of fun, meet some great people, learn about construction and feel good about the time spent helping others. We welcome all ages for other volunteer efforts. 

ReStore:  We are always in need of volunteers to help out in our ReStore.  From organizing donations, cleaning, repairing, and pricing incoming materials to helping with the sales schedule each Friday and Saturday, we welcome those who are willing to work to help raise funding for our Habitat houses.


Committees:
Kittitas County Habitat for Humanity carries out its work through operating committees appointed to perform various tasks of the organization. Committees include: Family Services, Land Acquisition and Contracts, ReSource Development, Church and Community Relations, Administration, Budget and Finance,and Building. See the "About Us" page or call the office to see how you can get involved in a Habitat committee.

Fundraising Events
: Short-term volunteer projects to help with special fundraising events throughout the year.

Office Support: Responsible for assisting the staff with tasks in the office such as maintaining volunteer databases, mailing newsletters, and filing and organizing volunteer records.
